Craft Food In the Batumi team – of the branch manager We have an open vacancy.

Planning and monitoring of the facility's daily work process.
Service and quality control.
Promoting sales growth.
Constant communication with customers and discussion of received evaluations with team members.
Monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, safety rules, and labor discipline norms.
Monitoring products and inventory, placing/receiving orders, ensuring cash register accuracy.
In the Self-Hr program, drawing up schedules for team members (vacation, travel, sick leave) and reflecting them in the program.
Taking care of the motivation and qualification of subordinates.
Production of various types of reports, within the scope of competence.

work schedule: 5 days a week, first hearing – 10:00-19:00, second hearing – 18:00-03:00.
