Best Western Premier announces a vacancy cook's assistant position.
Main responsibilities:
1.1. Receives assignments from executive, demi and sous chefs;
1.2. Participates in all types of culinary activities that take place in the kitchen;
1.3. Become familiar with new culinary recipes and principles of cooking;
1.4. Maintains health and safety standards in the kitchen;
1.5. Works in coordination with both senior chefs and second and third assistant chefs;
1.6. Prepares semi-finished products for dishes;
1.7. Prepares ingredients for dishes;
1.8. Complies with the rules for the use of technical means;
1.9. Comply with the rules for the use of material property;
1.10. In case of damage to kitchen equipment and material resources, informs the department management;
1.11. Conducts product quality control;
1.12. Ensures that meals are prepared in accordance with HACCP standards, adheres to hygiene standards, and checks the kitchen for proper readiness.
