Position Objective: Ensuring high quality service in the store, executing the sales plan, coordinating consultants, and supporting the branch manager in daily operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service
• Professional customer consulting.
• Product presentation and upsell/cross-sell.
• Execution of individual and team sales plans.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and problems.

Team management:

• Retraining and assisting new employees in their adaptation.
• Coordination of the daily activities of consultants.
• Control of compliance with service standards.
• Supporting employee motivation and development.

Operational activities:

• Control of the orderliness of the shopping space.
• Checking the accuracy of prices and advertising materials.
• Participation in inventory control.
• Involvement in the inventory process.
• Partial performance of the manager's functions in his absence.

Reporting:

• Monitoring sales results.
• Identifying problematic issues and providing information to the manager.
• Preparing daily/weekly reports as needed.

Qualification requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience working in the field of engineering or electronics.
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Any foreign language: Turkish, Russian, English.
