Construction development company "Yelt Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of "Apartment Owner Relations Supervisor".

The company has already built and sold more than 300,000 square meters of space in the form of the "Electronic Quarter", adjacent to the New Boulevard in Batumi.

Working Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week - flexible schedule) 11:00-20:00;

Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and carrying luggage to the room;
• See guests off and remove luggage from the room upon check-out;
• Providing guests with information about the road, local services and facilities;
• Identifying technical malfunctions in rooms and reporting them to the appropriate department;
• If necessary, escorting the guest to the hall or breakfast area;
• Effective cooperation with the reception, cleaning and security departments;
• Control of room statuses in an apart-hotel (needs to be cleaned, technically faulty, empty, occupied, etc.)

Qualification requirements:

•  Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage
•  Communication level knowledge of English is required.
•  Ability to work in a team
• Communication skills
• Detail oriented.
