At the construction company "Adli", we are looking for: a motivated, stable and development-oriented team member at the construction site, full-time: for the position of "Occupational Safety Specialist".

Main function - duties:

• Monitoring compliance with labor safety standards and risk assessment at the construction site;
• Control of compliance with labor safety policy and implementation of preventive measures;
• Production of documentation specified by law and filling out labor safety logs;
• Daily recording of personnel employed at the facility and timely delivery of attendance sheets to relevant individuals to ensure accident insurance.
• Conducting occupational safety briefings and trainings;
• Providing personnel with personal protective equipment and controlling their use;
• Timely identification of incidents, violations and threats and informing management;
• Timely identification and de-escalation of conflict situations in order to comply with labor safety standards;
• Follow the instructions of the supervisor and work in coordination with relevant departments.

Qualification requirements:

• Occupational safety certificate issued by an accredited body;
• Knowledge of the Organic Law of Georgia “On Occupational Safety” and related normative acts;
• At least one year of experience working in a similar position (preference will be given to experience working on a construction site);
• User-level knowledge of office programs;

work schedule: Five days a week, 09:00-18:00
