Job description:

• To perform the tasks assigned by the manager as stipulated in the employment contract and internal regulations.
• Before starting work, check the availability and safety of work tools.
• Hand over the workplace cleanly to the next shift.
• In the case of an engineer on duty, he is obliged to walk around the building at least twice.
• During the inspection, the minimum set of working tools (drill, indicator and screwdrivers) must be available.
• Participate in the process of troubleshooting mechanical equipment that has failed.
• During construction work, promptly follow the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
• Monitor the proper operation of mechanical equipment such as heating, ventilation, and cooling systems and equipment
• In case of their malfunction, appropriate measures should be taken in a timely manner to repair them.
• Respond promptly when a guest is called out of their room. Repair or replace damaged items or equipment. If necessary, provide explanations or instructions to the guest regarding the use of a particular piece of equipment. Show goodwill and courtesy to the guest.
