Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing meals according to standards and calculations;
• Maintaining order and sanitary standards in the kitchen/workspace;
• Pre-preparation of ingredients;
• Control of kitchen supplies;
• Product suitability control;
• Storage of products taking into account sanitary/hygienic standards and perishability;
• Provide timely information to the procurement department for the purpose of replenishing supplies;
• Work in accordance with hotel standards, internal regulations, and established schedule;
• Effectively plan your work schedule to ensure meals are ready on time;
• Obey the cook's instructions.
