Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with the standards of taste and visual presentation of dishes;
• Recipe compliance;
• Management of subordinate personnel;
• Evaluation and control of the work performed;
• Control of the orderliness of work uniforms;
• Retraining new employees and actively engaging them in the process of adapting to the work environment, as instructed by their immediate supervisor;
• Participation in the planned inventory process;
• Storage and processing of food products in accordance with established standards;

Working Schedule: 8-hour rolling schedule on 5/2, 1 hour break
Work Experience: Required
