Job description:
1.1. Receives assignments from executive, demi and sous chefs
1.2. Participates in all types of culinary activities that take place in the kitchen
1.3. Become familiar with new culinary recipes and principles of cooking
1.4. Maintains health and safety standards in the kitchen
1.5. Works in coordination with both senior chefs and first and third assistant chefs
1.6. Prepares ingredients for preparing semi-finished products (vegetables, meat, etc.)
1.7. Assigns expiration dates to semi-finished products.
1.8. Complies with the rules for the use of technical means
1.9. Comply with the rules for the use of material property
1.10. Sorts and packages semi-finished products, ingredients and finished products in accordance with HACCP standards.
1.11. In case of damage to kitchen equipment and material resources, informs the department management.
1.12. Conducts product quality control
1.13. Ensures that meals are prepared in accordance with HACCP standards, adheres to hygiene standards, and checks the kitchen for proper readiness.
