Job description:
1.1. Receives assignments from executive, demi and sous chefs;
1.2. Become familiar with new culinary regulations and principles of cooking;
1.3. Maintains health and safety standards in the kitchen;
1.4. Works in coordination with both senior chefs and first and second assistant chefs;
1.5. Sorts products.
1.6. Arranges sorted products in appropriate places;
1.7. Cleans ingredients for semi-finished products.
1.8. Cleans areas designated for semi-finished products, ingredients, and finished products in accordance with HACCP hygiene standards.
1.9. Assigns expiration dates to semi-finished products.
1.10. Sorts and packages semi-finished products, ingredients and finished products in accordance with HACCP standards.
1.11. Complies with the rules for the use of technical means
1.12. Complies with the rules for the use of material property
1.13. In case of damage to kitchen equipment and material resources, informs the department management.
1.14. Conducts product quality control.
