Job description:

• Department: Food and Beverage
• Direct supervisor: Food and Beverage Manager
• Schedule: 08:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 00:00; (5/2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming guests and presenting the menu;
• Responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Provides courteous and professional service at all times;
• Responsible for all duties before and after service, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction;
• Determining guest needs and satisfaction, responding promptly to guest requests and questions;
• Coordinates kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction;
• Participation in staff trainings and briefings;
• Knowledge of restaurant menus and daily specials;
• Answering the restaurant phone, performing financial transactions, closing the shift at the POS terminal;
• Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities of the immediate manager.

Qualification requirements:
