Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming, registering and providing information to guests with a high standard of service.
• Organizing reception work processes and ensuring uninterrupted functioning.
• Managing guest flow and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Compliance with the casino/organization's internal rules and security policies.
• Professionally presenting the company's image.

Detailed duties:

• Welcoming guests politely, providing necessary information and directing them.
• Registration of guests in accordance with established procedures.
• Managing phone calls.
• Coordination of the VIP guest reception process with relevant departments.
• Control of the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Production of necessary documentation and management of internal records.
• Managing non-standard or conflict situations within the scope of competence and informing the supervisor/manager.
• Receiving guest feedback and passing it on to the appropriate department.
• Organizing transportation for guests upon request.
• Checking in, storing, and transferring guests' belongings when necessary.
• Timely input and reflection of junket lists provided by the PR department employee in the program.

work schedule: 12-hour, 2/2 schedule, shifts: 09:00-21:00, 21:00-09:00
