company SGS announces a vacancy Ship's cargo inspector position.

Main function-duties:
1. Inspection of ship cargo in accordance with established international and local standards, methods and procedures;
2. Preparation and management of field/primary documentation in accordance with established rules;
3. Registration and storage of inspection results in a specialized electronic system;
4. Effective communication with the company's internal departments (by telephone and in writing);
5. Coordination with external parties (terminal, port, client, etc.);
6. Providing timely information about non-standard situations to the immediate supervisor;
7. Compliance with labor safety rules, safe use of work equipment;
8. Conduct inspection work in accordance with SJS Group standards, methods, and the client's applicable and work instructions.
9. Sharing knowledge and experience with new employees;
10. Follow the instructions of the immediate supervisor within the scope of official competence;
11. Timely completion of mandatory training courses.

Qualification requirements:
1. Higher or vocational education (preferably in engineering, logistics, maritime transport or a technical specialty);
2. Knowledge of English and/or Russian is preferred;
3. Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, specialized programs will be considered an advantage);
4. Mathematical skills;
5. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy;
6. Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to non-standard situations.
