company Rogantini Development is looking for a Sales Assistant.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in business administration;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Fluency in Russian and English;
• Knowledge of working in a CRM system will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to easily build relationships;
• Conducting confident communication;
• Organization and ability to manage time effectively;
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and maintain a culture of correspondence

Making cold calls in the CRM system, initial presentation of the project, conducting negotiations, collecting data;

Receiving and initial processing of incoming calls and letters;

Entering information about new clients and contacts into the database;

Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering and resolving questions in the event of the sales manager's unavailability;

Timely execution of personal instructions of the sales manager.

Working Schedule:

Full-time: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00

Holidays: Saturday - Sunday

Compensation: 

Fixed salary: 1700 GEL + bonus based on results

Probationary period 3 months: Paid
