Job description: Department: Cleaning Management: Cleaning Manager

work schedule: 08:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 00:00, two days off

(Schedule is alternating)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tidying up and cleaning the hotel restaurant according to procedure;
• Use of chemical agents, dilution in accordance with established standards;
• Notifies the HK office, if necessary, about equipment or other items that require technical repair;
• Informs the HK office about items left or remaining by the guest and draws up an appropriate act;
• Responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures;
• Within his/her competence, he/she is responsible for achieving and maintaining high guest satisfaction results;
• Performs other tasks within the scope of authority.
