1. Assists the guest based on their needs
2. Ensures the delivery of the guest's luggage to the hotel room and vice versa
3. Ensures that the luggage room is kept in a clean and tidy condition
4. Helps the visitor find information that is interesting or necessary for them.
5. Provides services to guests with special needs
6. Receives parcels brought by couriers and delivers them to the recipient
