Basic Duties:

• Daily communication with apartment owners;
  Receiving, registering and forwarding requests from owners to the relevant departments;
• Timely provision of information and feedback to owners;
• Coordination of technical, financial, maintenance and administrative issues;
• Referring complaints and problematic issues to the appropriate person;

Necessary skills and Qualification Requirements :

• Experience in the service sector is preferred;
• Knowledge of foreign languages, Russian/English at B1-B2 level is mandatory;
• Basic knowledge of computer programs.
