Working schedule: 40 hours

Remuneration: 900 GEL + 100 GEL meal

Main responsibilities: 

• reception-accommodation and escorting of guests in accordance with standards;
• control of the status and condition of the rooms;
• Payments and control of documentation completion and correctness;
• Accepting reservations;
• receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;
• maintaining the culture and standards of telephone conversations and e-mail correspondence;
• mutual cooperation and information transfer with other departments in the hotel during the work process;
• Carrying out the tasks received from the immediate supervisor, related to his position and competence.

Necessary skills and qualification requirements: 

• Experience working as an administrator is desirable;
• Experience working in a hotel operating program will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English and Russian) at the communication level is necessary;
