Information
On August 19, Berlin-based DJ, producer and live performer Pablo Bozzi, founder of the Second Sight label, will once again rock the Batumi stage at Mono Hall. He will be hosted by Georgian techno artists ANDREW and ANNA SUÉ.
Pablo Bozzi – a Berlin-based, Toulouse-born producer and DJ – has mastered the art of rhythmic vibrations. His sets, inspired by 90s house, blend with modern sounds and create a wave of lively energy on virtually every dance floor in the world. Bozzi’s dynamic performances, with the consistent development of the tracks, eventually turn into a volcanic explosion.
Inspired by progressive and trance, Bozzi's production is based on the exploration of hybrid dance genres. This is clearly felt in his latest release – EP Phantasy, released on the label Dischi Autunno. The tracks are distinguished by their acid sound, dense bass and melancholic synthesizer tones – a sound that is both easily recognizable and uniquely Bozzi's style. His edits of Eurodance hits – Atmos' "Let Love Shine" and JK's "You Make Me Feel Good" – fill the listener with new energy and deliver it in a modern context. Also, his remixes of 80s French hits – Jeanne Mas’ “Toute Première Fois” and Herr Krank and Deborah Aime La Bagarre’s “Only Friends” – stand out for the richness of Bozzi’s emotional range and musical flexibility.
Soft Crash – a collaboration between Bozzi and Phase Fatale – delves into the darker, more intimate corners of dance music. Their latest EP NRG, released on Bite Records, evokes nostalgia for the euphoria of the 90s with a hazy, mysterious atmosphere. Since Bozzi founded his own label, Second Sight, in 2023, the platform has aimed to create a digital platform that reflects the unique and aesthetic vision of each artist. Danceable, but without boundaries – the label’s six releases reflect Bozzi’s musical tastes through a prism of diversity.
Since Pablo Bozzi’s 2023 Boiler Room set at Tbilisi’s Club Khidi was seen by over a million viewers, Bozzi has taken over virtually every stage in the world at leading clubs and festivals, including: Glitch Festival, Panorama Bar/Berghain, Live From Earth, Nuits Sonores Blitz, and Wire Festival. It’s clear – with his ability to maintain dynamic energy on the dance floor and his ability to quickly adapt to different audiences, Pablo Bozzi has managed to captivate a wide audience and turn his captivating appeal into a global cultural phenomenon.
