Training is carried out
According to the decision MES 7 21 0001249724 of the Vocational Educational Institutions Authorization Council of November 19, 2021, the status of a vocational educational institution/college was granted to the Higher Marine Engineering School of Batumi LLC for a period of 6 years.
Training is organized using combined methods based on the latest training and computer equipment. The main emphasis is shifted to the development of students' practical skills.
After completing the professional educational program, the student is awarded a professional qualification and a professional diploma.

Batumi Higher Marine Engineering School "Anri" (BUSSS "Anri") has been serving maritime education and training of sailors for more than 20 years.
Busss Henri is an authorized vocational educational institution that implements vocational educational programs in the following specialties:

All enrollment issues that are not regulated by these rules are regulated in accordance with the "Rules and Conditions for Enrollment in Professional Educational Programs" approved by the Minister of Education and Science and other individual administrative and legal acts of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia.
The training is fully funded by the state.
The school is certified in accordance with the international quality system standard ISO 9001:2015.
Educational and training processes are carried out by experienced maritime specialists, qualified vocational education teachers and instructors.
Busss Henri LLC implements professional educational programs, as well as training/retraining and certification of seafarers.
Seafarer training (Seafarer Training and Certification Center) in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia "On Education and Certification of Seafarers" and the international convention "On the Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Seafarers", with amendments (STCW Convention with amendments).
The Busss Henri Seafarers Training and Certification Center was established in 2000 and implements both conventional courses and retraining programs recognized by the LEPL Maritime Transport Agency, as well as non-conventional seafarers. At the Seafarers Training and Certification Center, current and novice seafarers undergo training in accordance with the requirements of the Georgian Law “On Education and Certification of Seafarers” and the International Convention on the Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Seafarers”, with amendments (STCW Convention with amendments).
The material and technical base of Busss Henri complies with national and international educational and training standards: the school has its own 6-story building, which houses classrooms/auditoriums, laboratories, simulators, a conference hall, a library, and a recreation area for professional students and trainees, as well as a dormitory.
