Position Objective:

Ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards in hotel and apartment rooms and common areas to provide guests with a comfortable, safe, and high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning of apartments in accordance with company standards;
• Fully preparing the apartments for new guests (for check-in);
• General cleaning and tidying of apartments after guests leave;
• Changing bed linen, towels and other textiles;
• Replenishment of hygiene products and necessary items for the guest;
• Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas;
• Checking the condition of furniture, household appliances and other inventory and promptly informing management in case of damage;
• Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and hygiene products;
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and internal company standards during the work process;
• Performing other work tasks assigned by the supervisor, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in the service or hospitality field (preferred);
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian language; (knowledge of Russian or English at a simple, communicative level is desirable)
