Main responsibilities:

• Reception and registration of guests (check-in / check-out);
• Managing reservations and updating information in the system;
• Communication by phone and email;
• Responding to guests' questions and problems;
• Receiving payments and producing basic financial statements;
• Coordination with various departments (housekeeping, security, maintenance);
• Maintaining hotel standards and service quality.

work schedule: 8 hour workday, 1 hour rest, 5/2 schedule
Work experience: preferred
