Alliance Group Announcing a vacancy – Office Host (Office Manager Assistant)

Position Objective: Ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment in the office and hosting guests.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and hosting guests (coffee, tea, water, sweets);
• Collecting and washing the dishes served;
• Daily tidying and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area;
• Control of order in the common office space (meeting room, kitchen, work space);
• Maintaining cleanliness in the environment arranged by the housekeeper;
• Control of office and kitchen supplies and initiate ordering if necessary;

Requirements:

• Secondary or vocational education;
• Experience in service or hospitality (preferred);
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Perfect knowledge of Georgian language; (knowledge of English at a simple, communicative level is desirable)

Additional information: The position does not involve high intensity – the office is small and the flow of visitors is stable.
