Job description:
1.1 Establishes direct, online and telephone communication with the guest;
1.2 Implements booking procedures online, by telephone and through direct communication;
1.3 Answers guest questions within the scope of competence;
1.4 Makes payments to the guest;
1.5 Ensures daily financial reporting.
1.6 Performs shift handover procedures;
1.7 During the night shift, ensures the correction of reservation data in the program;
1.8 Sorting emails received by Info and FO e-mails and responding within the scope of competence;
1.9 To perform the tasks assigned by the manager as stipulated in the employment contract and internal regulations;
1.10 Manages stressful situations effectively.
