We are looking for an energetic, warm and positive Administrator to join the Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center team. Job Overview:

Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center is looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to manage the daily operations of the reception and assist with the bar as needed. Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, the Receptionist will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, and improving the overall guest experience.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests and carry out the full check-in and check-out process: verify information, allocate rooms, issue keys, and introduce hotel services;
  • Recommend hotel services and benefits and actively engage guests in the Hilton Honors loyalty program to promote the brand.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about hotel operations, room types, rates, special offers, and local attractions in order to effectively assist guests;
  • Answer guest inquiries by phone, in person, and through the Kipsu platform, ensuring prompt and personalized communication;
  • Professionally resolve guest complaints and problems, communicate decisions in a timely and effective manner to ensure guest satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready to receive guests;
  • Correctly process all payments in the PMS system, including cash, cards and virtual cards;
  • Perform administrative tasks, including managing reservations, preparing reports, updating guest data, updating systems, handing over shifts, and maintaining relevant documentation;
  • Support bar and breakfast services as needed – preparing/serving drinks and food, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests;

Other duties:

  • Participate in team meetings and trainings, as well as in the professional development process;
  • Assist with reception and bar stock control – including checking and replenishing stock as needed;
  • Support procedures during emergency situations, follow hotel safety protocols, and ensure guest safety;
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by management, which are necessary for the smooth functioning of the hotel and to ensure the highest level of guest service;
  • Act in a coordinated manner with team members in emergency situations;
  • Participate in the night audit process on the auditor's days off;

qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management (existing students are also eligible to apply);
  • Previous experience in reception, guest services or hotel reservations is preferred;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage;
  • Highly organized, attentive to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a multifunctional work environment;
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in a stressful environment, with the ability to empathetically and effectively resolve guest issues;

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservations and managing guest data;
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to guest needs;
  • Basic knowledge of bar service and beverage serving (will be considered an advantage);

Working Conditions:

  • Employment type: Full-time, on shifts
  • Salary: 1000 GEL
