Job description:

• Ensuring compliance with the standards of taste and visual presentation of dishes;
• Adherence to the recipe. If necessary, make changes for improvement/refinement;
• Management of subordinate personnel; reasonable distribution of functions and responsibilities.
• Evaluation and control of the work performed. Taking appropriate measures in case of detection of defects;
• Control of the orderliness of work uniforms;
• Retraining new employees and actively engaging them in the process of adapting to the work environment, as instructed by their immediate supervisor;
• Participation in the planned inventory process;
•  Storage and processing of food products in accordance with established standards;

work schedule: 8 hours
