We are looking for an entry-level technical support specialist who will ensure the smooth operation of products and provide technical service to customers.

Your main duties will be:

• Initial diagnostics of digital equipment and identification of faults;
• Product software (installation, update, maintenance);
• Consulting customers on technical issues related to the company's services;
• Ensuring/monitoring the smooth operation of the branch's internal technical infrastructure.
•    Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, which arise from the objectives of the position and the interests of the company;

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in computer engineering/science (graduate students will also be considered);
• Practical experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of English or Russian at a communication level.
