Direct supervisor – Head of the Cleaning Department

Main function-duties:

• Tidying and cleaning hotel rooms and public spaces in accordance with established standards;
• Renewal of linen, towels and hygiene products;
• In case of discovery of lost items, their registration and transfer to the relevant department (Lost & Found);
• Timely identification and reporting of defective or damaged linens and other items;
• Informing the relevant department in case of technical problems;
• Taking into account guests' requests and providing assistance if necessary;
• Strictly following the manager's instructions;
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
