We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented and self-confident person to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of the company's product;
• Answering incoming calls and providing complete information to clients (via phone, email, and social media);
• Registration and management of requests in the CRM system;
• Monitoring the implementation of issues and further communication with clients;
• Regular reporting to the immediate supervisor.

Required qualifications and skills:

• interpersonal skills of communication with diverse people;
• Attention to detail and willingness to work in an active environment;
• organizational and analytical skills;
• Desire for teamwork
• perfect knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Fluent knowledge of English and Russian is required;
• Experience working in a customer service or call center operator position would be considered an advantage.
• Experience working in CRM will be an advantage.

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00 Work experience: not required
