Turinvest Group is announcing a vacancy for the position of Space Consultant at Argo Cable Car.

Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors near the cable car ticket office with a smile and friendliness;
- Informing visitors about the rules of travel on the cable car, route duration, and safety measures;
- Detailed information on ticket types and prices and offering appropriate options based on visitors' needs;
- Introducing and recommending services available at the upper station (museum, entertainment spaces, food outlets, panoramic views, etc.) based on visitors' interests;
- Helping visitors make decisions – offering appropriate experiences based on age, interests, and time;
- If necessary, escorting visitors to the cash register or other appropriate section;
- Distribution and explanation of marketing materials (brochures, prices, maps);
- Polite and professional communication with guests, providing accurate and clear answers to questions;
- Obtaining feedback from visitors and communicating to the appropriate department as needed.
Basic requirements:
- sociable;
- Friendly and attentive attitude when dealing with people;
- Organization, responsibility and initiative;
- Experience in tourism and customer service will be considered an advantage;
- Presentability and ability to present the company's image with dignity;
- Knowledge of Russian and English at a conversational level is desirable;
