JSC “Georgia Destination Management” announces a vacancy Aviation Security Agent position.

The company has been operating in the Georgian market since 2010, operating in the direction of inbound tourism, cooperating with partners in the CIS and Gulf countries, working in the B2B direction and offering domestic tours to Georgian guests. The company employs about 200 employees and operates in Tbilisi and Batumi.

Position Objective:

The Aviation Security Agent will be involved in ensuring the security of the airline's flights, in accordance with international standards and relevant internal regulations.

Main function-duties:

• Passenger screening in the check-in area
• Baggage inspection according to established rules and procedures
• Implementation of security measures in various areas of the airport
• Control of processes related to aviation safety
• Identify and respond to security-related incidents in a timely manner

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor's degree)
• English language proficiency – at least B2 level

Special requirements (depending on the specifics of the job):

• Color vision
• Willingness to work an intensive and flexible work schedule
• High responsibility and discipline
• Willingness for business trips

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly pay (increasing with increasing qualifications)
• Overtime pay in accordance with the Labor Code of Georgia

18 GEL/hour (net) (before completing the 2-week course). After successfully completing the course, 20 GEL/hour (net).

• Professional training course abroad (2 weeks)
