Hotel Monarch – Winner of the 2025 Best Hotel in Adjara award, announces a vacancy for a night clerk of the administrator position.

Main responsibilities:

• Reception, registration and departure of guests;
• Managing reservations and entering information into the system;
• Prompt response to guest questions and requests;
• Managing phone calls and email correspondence;
• Performing nightly audits and reporting;
• Compliance with the hotel's internal rules and service standards;
• Preparing the appropriate report after the end of the shift.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position is desirable;
• Knowledge of Georgian and English languages (knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage);
• Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, hotel management programs);
• Communicative and customer-oriented approach;
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
• Ability to work at night;
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment;
• Ability to work in a team and solve problems quickly.

Working Schedule: 21:00 – 09:00 – Schedule 2/2

Languages: Georgian, English, Russian – one of the languages is required at a fluent conversational level. Other languages are an advantage.
