Main responsibilities:

• Preparing meals in the kitchen according to established standards and recipes;
• Compliance with quality, hygiene and occupational safety standards;
• Efficient use of resources;
• Preparing dishes on the menu;
• Product quality control;
• observance of sanitary-hygienic norms;
• Ensuring food sorting and storage control;
• Control of temperature and shelf life indications on products.
