Working Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Main functions:

• Answering phone calls and establishing communication with guests;
• Accepting reservations and monitoring future reservations in the aparthotel's operating program;
• Handling correspondence, calls, and individual reservations in a timely and professional manner, adhering to standards;

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is required;
• Knowledge of 1C program is required;
• English language proficiency at B2 level (additional languages are an advantage);
• Sociability, responsibility and organization.
