Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming the guest and escorting them to the hotel room;
• Organized delivery/removal of guest luggage;
• Offering friendly and efficient service to guests;
• Communicating with guests and delivering appropriate items/inventory to the room based on the guests' needs;
• Full knowledge of the services available at the hotel;
• Calling a taxi for guests upon request;
• Assistance with inventory to be delivered to rooms for housekeeping;
• Storage/delivery of received goods to rooms;
• Ensure fire safety, provide immediate assistance to employees and outsiders in the event of an alarm at the facility;

Basic requirements:

• Effective communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and discipline
• Conversational level of English language skills
• Teamwork

Working Conditions:

• Working hours: Full time
