position Description:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible Office Manager who will ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-standard operation of a sales office that is in direct contact with the public and customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Office management and order:
• Maintaining order and comfort in the office environment.
• Control of the operation of office equipment and elimination of defects.
• Replenishment of stationery and household supplies.

Assistant management and integration:

• Coordination of the assistant's workflow.

Communication and coordination:

• Resolve operational issues with internal departments.
• Communication with courier services (receiving and sending mail and parcels).
• Communication with suppliers and service personnel (e.g. cleaning).

Qualification requirements:

•  Experience in a similar position (office manager, administrator) — at least 1–2 years (experience in a sales office will be considered an advantage).
•    Intermediate level of knowledge of office programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language (knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level).
