We need: Responsible, intelligent, fast, energetic and balanced team member.

Function Duties:

• Daily planning of staff work;
• Analyzing the store's performance and its results;
• Control of store operations - implementation of approved plans and schedules;
• Ensuring store budget targets and sales plans are met;
• Organizing and maintaining the necessary conditions for conducting planned and unplanned store inventories, inspections, and control recounts;
• Daily planning and organization of teamwork;
• Continuous receipt, issuance, and accounting of cash in strict compliance with established rules for cash transactions;
• Performing operations of receiving, recording, issuing and storing funds;
• Receiving and controlling Z and X accounts;
• Control of store inventory;
• Distribution and control of product stocks in the trading floor;
• Compliance with and control of commodity stock storage rules;
• Receiving goods quantitatively and qualitatively using a scanner and 1C program;
• Control of the product layout plan, quality and expiration date of products presented in the trading floor;
• Control over compliance by employees with the rules of labor regulations and labor protection instructions;
• Compliance and control of labor regulations;
• Compliance with standards and regulations governing store operations;

Basic requirements:

• Ability to speak correctly and fluently;
• Fluent knowledge of the Russian language - writing, reading, speaking (B2, C1) (resumes of applicants who do not know Russian will not be considered);
• Sociable and motivated;
• experience of working in a similar position;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• high sense of responsibility;
• disciplined and punctual;
• knowledge of office programs;
• Higher education is preferred;
• High motivation and interest in achieving success.

Working Schedule: 2+2 (two days work, two days rest) 10:00-21:00;
working hours: 10+1(ten hours of work-1 hour)
