Arrangement of workspaces, conference rooms and common areas;
Welcoming and hosting guests (serving coffee/tea/water);
Monitoring the condition of office supplies (cleaning supplies, hygiene products) and providing information on supplies if necessary;
Preparing tea and coffee for guests during meetings in the office.
