International Festival "Classical Concerts in Batumi 2026"

On April 21-24, 2026, Batumi will host top-notch musicians from around the world and offer listeners unforgettable musical evenings with a diverse program. The project is being implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, which aims to strengthen international cultural dialogue.

Conductor – Damiano Tognetti (Italy) – Conductor and violinist Damiano Tognetti graduated from the Luca Boccherini Music Institute in 2001 under the guidance of Maestro A. Bologna.

After graduating from the Fiesole Music School and winning several national competitions, he became a member of the Piacenza Cherubini Orchestra conducted by Riccardo Multi and simultaneously collaborates with various orchestras, including the Palermo Theater, the Massimo, the Fiorentina Chamber Orchestra, the Emilia-Romagna Tuscan Foundation Regional Orchestra, the Padua and Veneto Venetian Regional Orchestras.

Soloist – Fabio Furia (Bandoneon) – (Italy) World-class performer, composer, arranger, accordionist. Fabio Furia is one of the most important bandoneonists in Europe.

Thanks to its intensive concert activity, it collaborates with the most important concert halls in the world, including the Parco della Musica in Rome, the Dvorak Hall of the Rudolfinum in Prague, the Tonhalle in Zurich, the Giovanni Arved Auditorium in Cremona, the Théâtre Beaux-Arts in Brussels, the Opera House in Cagliari, the Onassis Cultural Center in Athens, the Grosser Saal in Klagenfurt, etc.
