work schedule: Crawling: 08:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 00:00; 00:00 – 08:00 (5/2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival, opening their car doors, and inviting them into the hotel.
• Possession and provision of information about the hotel and local services to the guest.
• Safely transporting the guest's luggage from the point of entry to the room and from the room to the point of exit (the porter must be familiar with the standards for safely loading, unloading and moving the luggage trolley so as not to harm the porter's health)
• Possession of information about the condition of the parking lot and the main entrance.
• Maintaining effective communication with all departments to be able to provide complete information to the guest at all times.
• Quick decision making.
• Assistance with luggage and farewell.
• Informing the FO manager of necessary issues and obtaining permission to assist the guest in fulfilling specific wishes.
• Do not carry out any unplanned activity that poses a risk. Immediately report any hazards to your supervisor.
• Frequent and timely communication with other hotel departments as needed.
• Performing other assigned duties.

Qualification requirements:

• Turkish language – conversational level
• Experience working in a similar position
