New program √☀ ("Square Root of the Sun") + all-time Aquarium classics, as well as premieres of brand new songs

Boris Grebenshchikov is going on tour again with the BG+ collective (which temporarily replaces Aquarium, which ceased to exist after the war in Ukraine) and presents his new concert program under the mysterious title √☀ (“Square Root of the Sun”), which includes songs from three BG mini-albums of recent years, Aquarium classics, and completely new material.

Each of Grebenshchikov's concerts is more than just a performance. It is a journey through musical worlds, encompassing both the legendary Aquarium songs that have become the soundtrack for several generations, as well as completely new compositions filled with tragedy, new poetry, subtle irony, and the inimitable spirit of BG.

BG+ is a compact group of musicians with whom BG has been recording and performing albums for the past three years. Together they create chamber, lively, and at the same time rich-sounding music — without excessive pathos, as close in spirit as possible to the classical aquarium.
