1.1. To maintain service standards on site;
1.2. To ensure the provision of beverage services in accordance with established norms;
1.3. Create an environment for receiving guests;
1.4. To take into account the opinions of guests;
1.5. Prepare beverage menu recommendations and provide additional information to the head of the department;
1.6. Assess guests' needs and make recommendations;
1.7. Identify guests and ensure that they are of legal drinking age;
1.8. Replenish the bar's inventory;
1.9. Work on and implement innovation processes for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
