Job Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Department: F&B

Management: Food and Beverage Manager

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, (5/2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participation in budget preparation;
• Cost control;
• Participate in restaurant management;
• Guest-oriented;
• Cleanliness control in the restaurant and bar;
• Personnel management;
• Agreeing on a menu with the chef;
• Control of the amount of food and drink;
• Communication and control with the supply employee;
• Control of existing material resources/supplies and involvement in the inventory process;
• Ensuring high quality services and monitoring the quality of activities;
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Qualification requirements:

• Foreign language, preferably Turkish
