Inex Group is an international shipping company that transports online ordered parcels, personally delivered parcels and commercial cargo from many countries around the world: America, European countries, Israel, China, etc. Inex Group delivers parcels throughout Georgia through a network of branches and agents.

Work schedule: 09:00-15:45; 15:45-22:30

Description of activity:

• Customer service – active communication with the client, possession of complete information about shipments and provision of the user with relevant information;
• Delivery and dispatch of parcels; active cooperation with call center departments;
• Friendly business relations with the client, organization and development of ways to solve problems.

Necessary requirements:

• Knowledge of English at a consumer level;
• knowledge of office programs;
