Main function-duties:

• Receiving/issuing goods and material values to warehouses and materially responsible persons;
• Accounting of tangible assets in special programs, in accordance with the rules established in the company
• Inventory of supplies in the warehouse;
• Accounting for tangible assets according to the nomenclature established in the company;
• Control of the process of returning/receiving goods to the materially responsible person;
• Timely issuance of materials requested by structural units from the warehouse and preparation of relevant primary documentation;
• Receiving, recording and preparing relevant primary documentation for materials returned by structural units in the warehouse;
• In case of inaccuracies arising during the periodic inventory process in the warehouse, informing the immediate supervisor and coordinator via e-mail;
• Efficient and rational use of warehouse space;
• Storing goods in a warehouse, ensuring protection from physical damage;
• Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, taking into account the qualifications/competence of the warehouse specialist.

Basic qualification requirements:

• Experience in warehouse management is preferred;
• knowledge of office programs;

• Ability to work in stressful situations.
