Work rate: Monday-Friday (09:00 -17:00); Saturday (09:00-15:00);

Job description:

• Management and control of the branch's workflow;
• Systematization of the work process;
• Managing discrepancies identified in daily activities;
• Management and monitoring of existing stocks;
• Monitoring prices and analyzing products of competing organizations;
• Preparation and analysis of periodic reports with the company administration;
• Ensuring service quality;
• Active communication and reporting with the manager.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the medical field is preferred;
• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Russian and/or English;
• knowledge of office programs;

Personal characteristics:

• high sense of responsibility;
• Organization and time management skills;
• Analytical thinking skills;
• attention to detail;
• Ability to manage a team;
