We need: Responsible, intelligent, fast, energetic and balanced team member.

Function Duties:

• Operational management of the store's operations;
• Analyzing the store's performance and its results;
• Organizing the work of the shop in accordance with orders, approved standards and technological instructions;
• Ensuring the store has technical documentation and permits;
• Control of store operations - implementation of approved plans and schedules;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of store budget targets and sales plans
• Ensuring the necessary conditions for conducting planned and unplanned store inventories, inspections, and control recounts;
• Daily planning, organization and control of teamwork;
• Continuous receipt, issuance, and accounting of cash in strict compliance with established rules for cash transactions;
• Performing operations of receiving, recording, issuing and storing funds;
• Managing store inventory;
• Formation of orders for goods;
• Ordering goods and recording them in the goods movement accounting program;
• Sales analysis;
• Receiving goods quantitatively and qualitatively using a scanner and 1C program;
• Planogram layout of products presented in the trading floor, quality and expiration date control;
• Control over employees' compliance with the rules of the internal labor regulations and labor safety instructions;
• Electronic timesheet production;
• Compliance with standards and regulations governing store operations;
• Fulfilling all requests of controlling and inspection bodies, submitting documents necessary for inspection in accordance with their requirements;

Basic requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of Russian (B2, C1) is required (resumes of applicants who do not know Russian will not be considered);
• experience of working in a similar position;
• Experience in facility and team management;
• Sociable and motivated;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• high sense of responsibility;
• disciplined and punctual;
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and Georgian languages;
• knowledge of office programs;
• Knowledge of “retail” programs is preferred (knowledge of 1C program will be considered an advantage)
• Higher education is preferred;
• High motivation and interest in achieving success.

Working Schedule: 5+2 (five days a week, two days off) 10:00-19:00;
working hours: 8+1 (eight hours work-1 hour break)
