Job description:

• Establishes direct, online and telephone communication with the guest;
• Implements booking procedures online, by telephone and through direct communication;
• Answers guest questions within the scope of competence;
• Makes payments to the guest;
• Provides daily financial reporting.
• Performs shift handover procedures;
• During the night shift, ensures the correction of reservation data in the program;
• Sorting emails received by Info and FO email addresses and responding within the scope of competence;
• Performs tasks assigned by the manager;
• Effectively manages stressful situations;

work schedule: 2/2 at 12 hours of listening
Work experience: preferred
